What is payment terms?
Answer:Normally if the hose crimper is in stock, our payment terms is TT in advance 100%. If need to be customized, 30% deposit and balance paid against the bill of lading. also if you are our distributor, you have more credits from our side. let us talk if you are interested.
what is your delivery time?
Answer:We have warehouse and 4S store keeps machines are in stock and we could arrange delivery after 2-3 days after your payment. If you need customize the dies or motor, delivery time will be within 15 days.
what is your warranty?
Answer:One year warranty for the whole machine. All life time technical support. If there is something wrong with the spare parts in one year, free spare parts will be provided. Repair video and call is available.
